Eligibility and account
- You must be at least 18 years old to use the Telegram product.
- You are responsible for the Telegram account you use to access AskSatori.
- You must provide accurate birth data if you want chart-based calculations to be useful.
Credits and access
Credits are a unit for access inside AskSatori. They are not cash, e-money, stored value accepted by third parties, or transferable outside AskSatori.
A credit may be consumed when you request messages, interpretations, voice handling, or other paid functions. Balance views are product records and may be corrected if a technical or billing error is found.
Refunds and cancellation
Refund and cancellation rules are part of these Terms and live at https://asksatori.com/refund. They cover immediate digital access, credits paid for but not delivered, duplicate charges, payment-provider decisions, and mandatory consumer rights.
Astrology software limits
AskSatori only performs astrology calculations and interpretations based on Western and Vedic astrology. Content is provided for entertainment and personal reflection only.
AskSatori does not guarantee predictions, timing, compatibility, outcomes, accuracy, or any real-world result. It is not medical, legal, financial, mental-health, emergency, gambling, investment, or other regulated professional advice.
Acceptable use
- Do not use AskSatori for emergencies, crisis decisions, professional diagnosis, illegal activity, harassment, or attempts to extract another person's private data.
- Do not reverse engineer, overload, scrape, resell, or interfere with the service.
- Do not submit data you do not have permission to use.
Availability, changes, and termination
AskSatori may change features, prices, credit rules, or availability as the product develops, with reasonable notice where required by law.
We may suspend or restrict access if continued use creates legal, security, payment, abuse, or platform-risk concerns. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
